The most expensive marketing is the kind you cannot measure
Every business we meet is spending on marketing. Very few can say which part of it produced last month’s customers. That is not a knowledge problem; it is a measurement problem. Analytics was set up by whoever built the website, conversion tracking was half-finished, the ad platform reports one number and the analytics report another, and nobody has the time to reconcile them.
We treat measurement as its own service because it decides whether every other service can be judged.
What we build
A measurement plan. Before touching a tool, we write down what a lead is for your business, which actions count (a form, a call, a booking, a chat), what each channel is expected to produce, and how leads will get attributed. This one page prevents most of the confusion that follows.
A clean implementation. Google Analytics 4 configured properly, Tag Manager as the single place tags are managed, conversion events that fire once and mean the same thing in every report, click-to-call and form tracking, and call-tracking numbers where call volume justifies them. Everything is verified with real test leads, not assumed.
Attribution that follows the lead. The website records how each visitor arrived, first touch and last touch, campaign parameters, click IDs and referrer, and attaches it to every form submission. That data reaches your inbox or CRM with the lead, so “where did this customer come from” has an answer.
Connected sources. Search Console, Google Ads, Meta and your CRM feed the same report, so SEO, paid and social are judged on the same terms. When you share what became a customer, that flows back into the ad platforms to improve their optimization.
What you receive
One report a month, one page, readable in five minutes: leads by channel, cost per lead where there is spend, trends against the previous period and your target, and a short list of what we recommend changing. A dashboard sits behind it for anyone who wants the detail.
Why it matters for AI search
Answer engines and AI Overviews do not show up in traditional rank reports. Part of this work is tracking how often your business is cited for the questions you care about, so the newest kind of visibility gets measured alongside the old.
